One in four people will be affected by a mental health at some time in their lives. East Berkshire Mind aims to bring opportunity, stability and recovery to the people of East Berkshire through services offering advice, support and understanding.

    Home-Start is a charity that supports families with young children, who are under stress. It offers a unique service training volunteers to provide weekly one-to-one support at home.

    To give children the help, support and environment they need to stay safe from cruel

    Padstones seeks to address the problems and meet the needs of young, single homeless adults from the general area of South Bucks and surrounding districts, although we do accept referrals from all over the south east of England and beyond.  We recognise that homelessness is an ever-growing problem even in this relatively affluent area 

    Samaritans  provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicid

    Slough Council for Voluntary Service  Slough CVS is your local group set up to help people who want to start a voluntary group or who want to see their existing group develop its work, get funds or undertake new services.
